RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sunup Hunt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds for our digital subscriptions, courses, and physical merchandise.

1. DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Free Trial Period

All new Premium subscriptions include a 5-day free trial. This trial period is designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate our services and determine if they meet your needs.

Subscription Refunds

After the trial period ends and your payment method has been charged:

  • We do not offer refunds for subscription charges except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
  • By continuing your subscription after the trial period, you acknowledge that you have had sufficient time to evaluate the Services and agree to the subscription charges.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time through your account settings. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

2. COURSE PURCHASES

Course Refund Eligibility

For individual course purchases, the following refund policy applies:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • All refund requests are subject to review by Sunup Hunt administration.
  • Refunds will be evaluated based on course quality, content accuracy, and value delivered.
  • All decisions on course refunds are at Sunup Hunt’s sole discretion.

Course Refund Process

To request a refund for a course:

  1. Email contact@sunup.am with your request.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Return Eligibility

For physical merchandise, the following return conditions apply:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported immediately upon receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs will be split 50/50 between you and Sunup Hunt.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Sunup Hunt will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Sunup Hunt will cover the return shipping cost for the original item.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at contact@sunup.am to receive a return authorization.
  2. We will provide specific return shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely with all original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Include your order number and return authorization number with your return.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

4. EXCEPTION FOR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Custom or personalized merchandise created specifically for you cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item was damaged during shipping.

5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

  • All return policies stated above apply.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return process.
  • Return shipping may take longer for international orders.
